Hindsight is 20/20 - or - perfect vision - so... I'd fry tortellini in 2 or 3 smaller / crispier batches. Sprinkled w/ cheese & serve sauce on the side as a dip.

You definitely need to make some of that carbonara sauce. It's my favorite pasta sauce but it is good over steaks, chicken or whatever.

I overloaded the fryer for sure. It did work out. I like the dipping idea. This would make a great appetizer.
